Architectural intent coupled with construction practicality is what our team worked with Paramount Design, the builder (Brodie and Chardae) and numerous other trades to achieve.

The feature large roof overhangs Paramount are renowned for were extended to the composite concrete and steel trussed floor system of this three storey home. These cantilevers combined with large open living areas and the terrace feature columns meant the floor detailing was key on this project to achieve the architectural intent. Architectural changes throughout the design and construction process meant a practical and collaborative approach was paramount.
